LEWA SAFARI CAMP
OVERVIEW
This is a luxury five day tour of the Lewa Wildlife Conservancy. Visitors to Lewa are privy to some of the most spectacular wildlife viewing that Kenya has to offer: lion, leopard and jackal thrive on the rich diversity of prey that inhabits the area. The Wildlife Conservancy is home to the largest concentration of Grevy's zebra in the world, and its range of habitats attracts diverse birdlife and hosts over 200 Black and White rhino.
Featuring large tented bedrooms with verandahs and full en-suite bathrooms, accommodation at the Lewa Safari camp offers authentic comfort for its visitors; cozy log fires in the sitting room are perfect for relaxing after a day in the Conservancy. This unique and exclusive retreat offers privileged access to 65,000 acres of private protected wilderness.
Lewa Safari Camp is the only tourist facility within the Conservancy that is owned by the Conservancy. Profits and conservancy fees generated by the camp are reinvested directly into the conservation and community efforts of Lewa Wildlife Conservancy.
Transport to and within the conservancy is by road, in private safari landcruiser 4x4 vehicles, with pop-up roofs for panoramic 360° game viewing. The vehicles are driven by professional driver-guides, with comprehensive knowledge of the reserve and the wildlife within.
This tour is customisable. The number of days can be increased or decreased as per request. Travel to and from the game reserve, can be changed to air travel instead of by road.

ITINERARY
ARRIVAL:
- You'll be picked up from the airport.
- Accommodation before the tour starts can be arranged for an extra cost.
DAY 01: NAIROBI TO LEWA WILDLIFE CONSERVANCY
- We depart early in the morning for Lewa Wildlife Conservancy.
- Check in at Lewa Safari Camp in time for lunch.
- Spend a relaxing afternoon at the camp, or have an afternoon game drive.
- Enjoy a full-course dinner, and spend your first night in your luxury tent.
DAYS 02 - 04: LEWA WILDLIFE CONSERVANCY
- Arise for an early morning breakfast in preparation for the day.
- Proceed to a morning game drive, with plenty of time to spot wildlife before they seek cover to cool off from the mid-day sun.
- Return to camp in time for a sumptuous lunch.
- Relax and enjoy the facilities.
- Go for an afternoon/evening game drive (Optional).
- Enjoy a full-course dinner and relax with exquisite views of the wild at night.

DAY 05: LEWA WILDLIFE CONSERVANCY TO NAIROBI
- Wake up at 6 am for a sunrise game drive.
- Return to camp for breakfast and prepare for checkout.
- Depart for Nairobi.
- Have lunch at a selected restaurant in the capital.
DEPARTURE:
- Additional accommodation at the end of this tour can be arranged for an extra cost.
- You'll be dropped off at the airport.
